my only note regarding the recipe is the number of bites it makes. we made at least 30! i didn’t really consider that would mean i would to have cook 3 batches (using one 12 cup muffin tin) to use all the filling. i grossly under-estimated the cook time. we ended up with plenty of leftovers so it was a good thing they taste delicious the next day!
