these rolls from how does she? had this caption: “if you’re in charge of bringing the rolls…these are the ones that will “wow” the crowd! seriously. {bonus: they’re even simple to make!}”
do you want the truth? these rolls were easy and my sister’s comment after trying them straight out of the oven was, “mmm, these are heavenly!” they were light, fluffy, and buttery.
just a few notes:
*the dough took less than an hour to double
*then you have to let them raise again after you roll them up – about 20 – 30 minutes.
* i didn’t let them raise until they touched like she suggested because i knew they’d grow in the oven and there really wasn’t much room on my pan!
make sure you try one right when you pull it out – amazing!
this recipe made so many rolls but each person ended up eating at least two and they were gone by the end of the night! yum!
