i’ll admit it, i’m not a huge fan of caramel corn. i had to try this anyway because the picture made it look so delicious!
i never actually found the link to the original post, so i just used the recipe the another pinner left on a comment of what appeared to be the original uploaded photo.mine didn’t turn out nearly as beautiful (probably because the brown sugar tinted my marshmallow mixture brown), but i thought it was pretty tasty! (however, my boyfriend who loves marshmallows and popcorn described it only as “ok”). i’d like to try it again without the brown sugar.
TIP: it doesn’t save as well as normal caramel corn because the marshmallow makes the popcorn get spongy, so only make the amount you plan on eating.
